• All fees are non-refundable once lessons have begun.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that session’s payment.
• Any additional fees (such as extended pick-up distances or test site changes) must be paid before the service is rendered.

4.Student Responsibilities

• Students must hold a valid instruction permit or license before starting lessons.
• Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled lessons. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of lessons without refund.

5.Instructor and Vehicle Safety

All lessons are conducted in dual-controlled vehicles by certified instructors. While every effort is made to ensure safety, students must follow all instructions to maintain a safe learning environment.
